FHM Competition Terms and Conditions

 

These rules apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers.

  1. Unless stated otherwise, the Promoter is Bauer Consumer Media Limited.
  2. Entrants must be over 18 and resident in the UK. Employees/families/agents of the Promoter and its associates are not eligible. One entry per person/per household.
  3. No purchase is necessary.
  4. Details of winner can be requested in writing.
  5. Prize is subject to availability/may be substituted. No cash alternative/prize is non-refundable/non-transferable.
  6. The promoter accepts no liability for lost/damaged/incomplete entries. Proof of entry is not proof of delivery.
  7. The winner may need to sign statement of eligibility/liability/publicity release.
  8. Third party’s T&Cs may apply.

  2. 2. Votes can be placed on our 100 Sexiest web page and on any profile or gallery page within our Girls We Love area. Votes can also be placed on mobile devices by visiting content.digitalspace.co.uk/fhm/vote/ on your handset.
  3. 3. The 100 Sexiest Women In The World will be chosen by the FHM audience and editorial team. The Editor's decision is final.
  4. 4. The winner will be announced at the 100 Sexiest Party on May 1, 2012. The winner and full list of 100 will appear in FHM magazine, on FHM.com and in the press on May 2, 2012.
  5. 5. Each person voting can only vote once in the competition.
  6. 6. Votes will only count if a person's name is inserted into the relevant field on the 100 Sexiest web page or mobile page, or if a vote is submitted on a girl's profile or gallery page.

When accessing FHM Mobile standard network charges apply. Your handset must be WAP enabled. You may incur additional WAP and GPRS charges from your network operator according to your contract. FHM Mobile (off portal) is not a subscription service.
