Introduction
2006 saw Brazil blast a bloke into the upper echelons of space for the first time (about time, too) whilst Top of the Pops got the chop from the suits at the BBC. It was also another World Cup year – this time hosted in Germany – and yet another early England exit (yes, on penalties) after Wazza saw red against Portugal.
