Introduction
2008 saw the invention of the world’s most powerful computer – signifying our imminent robotic doom. But it also saw the invention of the electric car – our self-destructive humanity’s saviour. Other ups and downs came from film greats like The Dark Knight and Slumdog Millionaire blowing our minds while someone, somewhere blew his rear and Meet The Spartans came into being.
