She used to work in Selfridges, Manchester, and on the check-in desks at Manchester Airport.

While many actors and actresses endure long, Joey Tribbiani-like struggles to the top, Manc minx Michelle Keegan hit the jackpot almost immediately. She attended a grand total of two auditions before finding fame and instant sex-symbolhood as Corrie’s feisty Tina McIntyre: the first audition was for a part on Hollyoaks, for which the blind-and-unwise producers deemed her unsuitable; the second audition landed her the role of Tina. Wham, and bam, and thank-you ma’am.
With Tina making an instant impact on “the Street”, Michelle was soon setting the tabloids ablaze thanks to a string of high-profile romances with the likes of Hollyoaks’ Anthony Quinlan, Max George from out The Wanted, and Mark Wright from out of TOWIE. If that list of A-list ex-lovers seems a little intimidating, don’t worry: she also went out with a totes-ripped male model by the name of Brad Howard. So anyone’s in with a chance!
