She was born in Hammersmith, west London, to actor Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen. Her younger brother, Alfie, is an actor, and her mum once dated Harry Enfield. It was through MySpace that she attracted her fans, releasing songs online, before her debut album, Alright, Still, was released in 2006. It included the number one single, Smile.
She's well known for getting drunk a lot and there's a picture knocking around of her topless, which might be when she was underage, so if you've looked at it, expect a knock on the door from the police. A lot of her songs have been produced by professional rich boy Mark Ronson, a man who has been lauded for wearing a skinny tie while turning the bass and treble up and down.
