Melanie shot to fame after being extremely good looking in a series of Boddingtons television ads in the late nineties.
Mel appeared on the cover of FHM in September 1997 along with Denise Van Outen, Melinda Messenger and Donna Air.
She had a career renaissance in daytime TV, presenting Today with Des and Mel, Loose Women and Gene Detectives.
She's dated Matt Goss and Max Beesley, and is now divorced.
