The Veronicas are an Australian pop/rock band fronted by impish twins Jess and Lisa Origilasso and backed by three blokes whose existence we never bothered to acknowledge. They take their name from an American comic book and a line from the movie Heathers and split their time between their hometown of Brisbane, where they were born on Christmas Day 1984, and their musical home of LA, where they are signed to Warner Bros.
Right: the nitty gritty. Jess is bisexual, has 14 tattoos (and counting) and was the centre of a 'porn storm' when naked pictures of her were circulated on t'internet. Lisa is straight, goes through men faster than you go through socks, can down pints and is "banned from drinking tequila" following a three-day hangover.
