What's your exact job title?

What age will you be this March?

I will be 23

Do you have a nickname? If so, what is it and who gave you it and why?

I can’t believe I’m gonna tell you this [giggles]. My nick name is Porky, given by my older brother because I was a chubby kid and now everyone calls me it, even my daughter!

Why did you enter High Street Honeys?

A photographer asked me if I’d ever thought about entering the competition and being honest I never really knew much about it. My friend Steve who I do some PR for said you should go for it, told me a wee bit about it so I thought why not try and see what happens. I’m so glad I entered, even if I don’t win it's made me realise there are bigger and better things to do with life and this has given me the confidence boost to go out there and do everything I want to do.

Why should readers vote for you?

I would like people to vote for me because I feel I have so much to give. I’ve got a lot of untapped potential waiting to burst out! I know this is something I could really do well in because I’m a bubbly, down to earth, chat-away-to-anyone type girl and I think you need that to be a presenter. I’m a hard worker and I always enjoy a challenge.

What did you think of the shoot?

Although I was nervous I really enjoyed the shoot, everyone there was so nice and I felt so comfortable. It was lovely to get all pampered, I’m a girlie girl so I really enjoyed having my hair and makeup done. I could definitely get used to it.

What makes you a good choice as a TV presenter?

I would say I would make a good presenter because I’m very approachable, fun, bubbly, chat away, straight to the point kinda girl.

What TV programme would you ideally like to present and why?

I love singing and dancing so anything to do with music would be good to present.

Which programme would you hate to present and why?

I really don’t like creepy crawlies so I couldn’t present in any programme where I would have to touch or even be near them.

Who would you like to present with and why?

I absolutely love Ant and Dec, I think I could have great banter with them, they are so funny.

Recall your worst fashion disaster.

Looking back to when I was like 16, my friend and I were so girlie everything had to be pink, pink, pink. We used to make our own hot pants out of old jeans and the glitter on the eyes was even better [giggles]. We were so cheesy!

Describe the outfit you'd wear on your first day?

On a first date I would be smart-casual. A pair of nice fitted jeans and a fitted shirt or top and smart shoes.

What would you do with the £10,000 prize?

My mum is always going on about Botox so that’s a must! Go on a lovely holiday and get myself a bigger set of boobs [laughs].

What would it mean to you to win this competition?

It would mean everything to me because I would be doing something that suits me and something that I really enjoy. It wouldn’t just be another job. It would also be something I think I would get better and better at because I have so much to give and so much drive to do well.

What football team do you support?

I don’t actually support any football team, I couldn’t even tell you a footballer’s name [giggles]! Although if I had to choose (my mum is telling me to put Celtic) I would say Rangers.

Where's your favourite place to go shopping (place, not shops themselves)?

My fave place to shop is Edinburgh, you get lots of nice shops and I always hit George Street for a wee sneaky cocktail afterwards! I buy most of my clothes from River Island, Top Shop, G Star. I like to be different when I’m on a night out though so I usually surf the Internet.

What's the best thing about the city you live in?

I live just outside Edinburgh, it’s a lovely city. There are lots of great things about Edinburgh a lot of history, the castle which is a great tourist attraction, the dungeons and Mary Kings Close which people call 'the city under the city', it’s where all the plague victims died and they say it's famous for its hauntings and ghostly atmosphere. I love the festival every year, there are also museums, theatres, lots of nice bars, restaurants and shops. You're never short of entertainment anyway there’s always something to do.

What's the worst thing about the city you live in?

I honestly can’t say what the worst thing would be because it’s such a lovely city.

What's your typical weekend night-out?

I always like to do something different at the weekend, a lot of the time we'll say lets just go for a drive and see where we end up. I also enjoy a night out with my friends usually Edinburgh for a few drinks and shaking my booty on the dance floor! Go out for nice meals or even just get friends round for dinner and just chill out. As long as I have company I'll do anything, I’m so easy going.
