London, UK. Last night the 22-year-old star of Doctor Who attended the BAFTA craft awards and looked incredible in a daring golden skirt suit from Diane Von Furstenburg. Teaming this with a pair risky heels she looked the picture of the upcoming young British actress she is. Made famous as Amy Pond, Doctor Who’s (Now played by fellow new comer Matt Smith) side-kick, the beautiful red-head turned up to honour those who work behind the scenes in TV. Like the man who stocked Mark Fowler's fruit and veg stand in Eastenders, or the person who’s charged with the often harrowing task of unblocking Adrian Chiles dressing room toilet.
Coronation Street's production team received a special award ahead of the soap's 50th birthday later this year.
