Sultry queen of R&B Beyoncé Knowles is covering hip US magazine Complex this month, and, as usual, she looks flipping brilliant.
Beyoncé’s followed in the steps of Official Sexiest Woman in the World Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as the cover girl of Complex magazine; fitting, really, as she’s the Sexiest Woman in the World according to other women. Well, according to some other women that we asked one lunchtime in London, anyway. We’re not saying it’s tremendously well-researched stuff, you understand. Not like our normal impeccable standard of journalistic excellence.
Sometimes we think we might be too professional
Beyoncé, as you can see, is wreathed in magical glowing light. Far from being a Keira Knightley-esque spectacle of faerie glamour, that above behind-the-scenes video shows that this is in fact mere studio lights employed to recreate otherworldly majesty.
There’s even a chap whose job it is to sit directly behind Beyoncé’s spectacular booty and blow air at her – not quite as good a job as Candice Swanepoel’s Official Moistener, but still pretty good in terms of jobs where you apply things to other people. Luckily he gets a fan to help him do it and doesn’t have to sit there huffing like he’s blowing up an airbed.
Like a novelty sexy airbed
By the way, if you’re ever at a party and someone’s like “Hey, you got any weed?” then have them blow up an airbed instead. It’s cheaper, better for you, and for the three minutes after you’ve done it – especially if you’re drunk – it’s remarkably similar to taking a good long drag on a joint, with the added bonus of you having somewhere to lie down whilst your head swims due to lack of oxygen.
