The 21-year-old star of High School Musical sent the pulses of every house-bound MMORPG player racing yesterday when she turned up to Activision’s massive E3 showcase in Los Angeles. There’s not much that’s hotter than a girl who likes computer games, apart from a girl who’s really good at computer games, especially if that computer game involves strategic decision making and reaction times that would make an Olympian look like a three toed, NO NOT A TWO TOED, sloth. Activision’s show was impressive to say the least. They staged an enormous concert at the Staples Centre (where the LA Lakers play their home games) in down-town LA. David Guetta DJ’d to promote DJ Hero 2, Tony Hawk skateboarded for Shred, Tool's Maynard James Keenan took to the stage as well, and he only did a performance of "Bohemian Rhapsody" with a full orchestra and gospel choir. That was to mark the upcoming Guitar Hero Monsters of Rock, which is out in September - have a look at the vid below for a preview. Pretty decent party to be honest. We once had a party, well, we say party, it was really more of a gathering :(
