Sunburn
This isn't really a "haha-joke-joke" example—this is legit. Sunburn might not KILL you per say, but it can make you really, really, sick. Sun poisoning resembles symptoms rivaling even the flu. It SUCKS. Just put some damn sunscreen on and call it day, will ya please?
