The Six Tricks To Getting An Extra Hour Of Sleep Are Exactly What You Need

It doesn't matter if you're black or white, male or female, rich or poor-the one thing that we can ALL agree upon, is that sleeping is LIFE. Seriously, think about it! Don't feel well? Take a nap! Heartbroken? Take a nap! Hungover? Take a nap! Running from the law? Take a nap! Well, maybe don't do that, but it pretty much applies to evvvverrrything else.

There isn't a single thing that a good nap, or subsequently, a good night's sleep can't cure. Here's the thing though, most of us have jobs, and those jobs come with start times and commutes that throw a huge wrench into our love affair with sleep. Whoever decided that 8 o'clock in the morning was a suitable time to be at a desk was seriously disturbed. I've always said my prime functioning hours are between 3 PM and Midnight, so needless to say, my daily routine is a bit of adjustment. But that's life! You grow up, you get a job, you stop sleeping in, you die. Sure, there's some marriage and children sh-t in between, but that's generally the gist of it.
