If you sleep with your blinds open, there's a strong chance the sun is going to pour in super early (depending upon the time of year) and wake you up. You'll be forced to get up, close them, and attempt to fall back asleep. This is NOT a good thing. Essentially, one you wake up, you're body is going to want to stay up and falling back asleep will throw off your cycle. This simple trick will save you between 20-30 minutes (all in) of lost sleep.
