It has been awhile since we last heard from the Bad Lip Reading guys, but, have no fear, because the funny folks are back with a new video that has the good people on the Internet laughing harder than it probably should. That's because the latest video from Bad Lip Reading takes aim at President Donald Trump, who was mocked online the past few days for his, uh, mediocre "Star-Spangled Banner" attempt.
In case you missed it, Donald Trump was on the field in Atlanta prior to the College Football National Championship Game on Monday night between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs. While the reaction from the crowd was mixed — some cheered, others booed, but, hey, that's politics — what can't be disputed is what cameras caught from "The Donald," 'cause it sure looked as if he didn't know the words to the national anthem.
In good ol' fashioned fun, Bad Lip Reading just had to take aim at this, releasing a savage video that tries to decode exactly what in the hell Trump was saying. Take a look below and see for yourself why the Internet's loving this thing today, guys.
Look, I don't give a damn what side of the political spectrum you're on, how you feel about Donald Trump or if you want to make the phrase "F-ck you, Nick Dimengo," the most-trending comment on social media today. What I do care about, though, is that you can laugh at the absurdity with which this Bad Lip Reading video is intended. It's funny, guys, so go ahead and crack a smile, I promise it won't hurt.
Since I enjoy laughing at others' expense, take a look at some of the reactions from Twitter following Trump's piss-poor "Star-Spangled Banner" attempt the other night. Needless to say, they're pretty entertaining.
I swear, it's moments like this that the Internet was created. Thanks for the laughter break, Bad Lip Reading, it was much needed today.
