Longtime comedian and actor Dave Chappelle hosted Saturday Night Live tonight, and while the show is well-known for the humor it provides to give its audience a break from the everyday struggles, this weekend's episode marked the first since the recent election, where Donald Trump was named the 45th President of the U.S.
In his closing monologue to the show, following all the laughs and comedy, Chappelle delivered a powerful message to those who may be against Trump—even mentioning those who are protesting on the streets in New York City.

And with that, Dave Chappelle dropped the mic and, hopefully, helped bring the nation together in a sensitive time.
