Michael Fassbender is already being tipped for Best Actor Oscar glory in 2016, after critics praised about his titular performance in Danny Boyle's Steve Jobs biopic.
Critics have been raving about a 'work in progress' cut of the film - and the performances in it - shown at Telluride Film Festival. And it's no surprise given that Aaron Sorkin, screenwriter of The Social Network, was behind the script.
But most importantly, what do those who knew and worked with Steve Jobs make of Fassbender's portrayal?
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak told Deadline:
“I saw a rough cut and I felt like I was actually watching Steve Jobs and the others, not actors playing them. I give full credit to Danny Boyle and Aaron Sorkin for getting it so right."
Well, there you have it. If you're going to watch one Steve Jobs biopic any time in the forseeable future, probably make it this quite realistic one and not the one starring Ashton Kutcher.
