Learning how to be a grounded man might not be something you concern yourself with on a regular basis, but, in reality, it may be the very thing holding you back from achieving your goals. Whether it's attracting more women, building confidence or just success in general, it starts from the bottom up. Which is why today, we'll be sharing a video from The Fearless Man that will carefully walk you through all of the physical adjustments you need to make in order to be the best (most grounded) man you can be.
The instructor in the video below, Brian Begin, will be addressing four major areas of the body that tie into tension and flow.
Watching this tutorial has forced us to realize that being grounded is a lot more literal than people tend to believe. See, initially when you hear the term grounded you think well-balanced or sensible. For the purposes of this video, however, being grounded is all about using your body to your advantage, specifically, in a way that promotes confidence and ease.
It's pretty incredible to see that just by releasing certain tension — whether it be in the feet, legs, perineum or pelvis — you open up so many more possibilities for yourself. As Brian mentioned in the video, the human body is an instrument that you have to continually learn how to play depending upon the situation. This, of course, isn't going to happen overnight, but just taking the steps to acknowledge that fact is sure to open your life to growth and prosperity.
