Sleep. 5-letters, a whole lot of beauty. I love my life, I really do, but I've gotta say, I love sleep more. A psychologist may have a problem with that sentiment, so it's a good thing I don't go to therapy. Most mornings, all I can think about on the train is the moment I see my beloved again—my bed. Now, perhaps you don't love sleep as much as I do, then again, perhaps you do! In either event, tricks for falling asleep are KEY in survival. I had a pretty serious bout of insomnia back in high school (no bullshit, I had a doctor's note and everything) and let me tell ya, NOT a good time. You know how they say nothing good happens after 2 AM? Yeah, well that took on a whole new meaning for me.
