We've all got our go-to Instagram fitness models who we enjoy seeing on the social app, but, guys, these women are more than just pretty faces and toned bods. Yep, believe it or not, they have some A+ fitness advice, too, which is something we should all pay close attention to.
With a new year, comes new goals! So what better way to stay motivated than by following the best fitness bloggers on Instagram? Our friends over at Life & Style reached out to workout experts, yogis and all-around body-positive women for advice on how to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle in the year 2018. Fitness model Jen Selter — who rose to fame for her gorgeous curves — admitted that achieving the body you want takes consistency.
"The most important thing to remember is that results do not happen overnight and you have to trust a consistent workout routine and healthy eating," she told Life & Style. "Every person is different and there is not one mold that fits all. Believe in yourself, and applaud yourself for your dedication and consistency, and the rest will all fall into place."
