Personally speaking, I quite look forward to the Forbes annual World's Highest-Paid Celebrities list, particularly The Top 10. It's not so much about the money (although that's a pretty enviable perk) as it is about the actual careers of those who find themselves in this exclusive club.
For example, it's incredibly refreshing to see that the entirety of the Top 10 is made up of men and women (two women, to clarify) with real careers and talent. I think I'd feel all sorts of bothered if some B-list Instagram model who poses with hair and skin vitamins landed themselves on there, but I digress.
Here at FHM, we focus a lot on content of the sports persuasion so it was super exciting to see two of our faves, Cristiano Ronaldo and LeBron James up there representing their respective fields (and courts).
Perhaps LeBron will consider this Forbes win just as satisfying as any championship. You can't have it all, buddy! Maybe you'll get 'em next time around. The NBA Finals do come every year, after all. Look at it this way—you have 86 million dollars and Steph Curry only has 47.3 million! You win this pissing contest, keep your head up!
I sort of brushed over Ronaldo entirely, didn't I? Well, I don't have much to say about the guy! He's wealthy, handsome, exceedingly talented on the soccer field, has a really cute son, and just started his own denim line. I'm thinking he'll be a-okay without me detailing his every move.
