Remember when, earlier this year, we wrote about how different Aussie actress Margot Robbie looked in some behind-the-scenes pics of her prancing around set as former figure skater Tonya Harding? Well, the 27-year-old Margot's at it again, because a few other photos have surfaced of the blonde in her garb for a new movie where she plays Queen Elizabeth I — and she honestly looks nothing like herself.

The film, entitled Mary Queen of Scots, shows Robbie in a red wig and looking more like a something out of a Disney cartoon than her usual, gorgeous self — no offense to the former queen, of course.

I mean, honestly, would anyone even stop Margot Robbie on the street and mistake her for our "Sexiest Woman Alive" from last year had she walked to a McDonald's in this kind of garb? Fat chance.

Portraying the Queen Elizabeth — otherwise known as the "Virgin Queen", ruling England from 1558-1603 — might be a good role for Margot, but, man, we kind of like her better when she's kicking ass as Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad or breaking hearts as the seductive Naomi Lapaglia in 2013's The Wolf of Wall Street, where she stole many a hearts thanks to her breakout role.
Well, regardless of what Margot Robbie looks like, we still adore the woman, and we're pretty sure she's going to make one hell of a ruler — all hail the queen, right!?!
Mary Queen of Scots is scheduled to be released sometime in late 2018, so keep an eye out for trailers and other information about the film.
