Chicken: 1500 grams
Garlic: 3 cloves
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 3 tablespoon
Beer: 330 milliliters
Curry: 1 teaspoon
Red Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Dip the sealed beer bottle in hot water in order to remove the labels.
- Massage the chicken with garlic, salt and pepper from the inside and with oil mixed with curry, paprika and oregano from the outside. Leave to marinade for at least 2 hours, preferably for the night.
- Place the chicken on an open beer bottle, put in the roasting tin, and transfer into the oven for 1.5 hours (1 hour for every kilogram of the meat). Bake in 180 degrees until golden (top and bottom coil).
- Remove from the bottle and cut into portions before serving.
