In case you missed it, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson sent a powerful and inspirational challenge on his Instagram the other day encouraging people all over the nation to do 22 pushups to show support and raise awareness for veteran suicide prevention.

With people all over the Internet posting videos of themselves taking part in The Rock's challenge, none might be bigger than Houston Texans All-Pro and three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year JJ Watt, who crushed the task with ease after Johnson called him out to try and tackle it.

Like Johnson, Watt is an absolute beast who was put on this earth to be a physical specimen, but the feat is more impressive for him considering he's coming off back surgery just three weeks ago.

The Rock's cause is in support of the veteran advocacy organization, which hopes to "honor those who serve and to raise awareness for veteran suicide prevention through education and empowerment." You can find out more on their website and can participate in their task of getting 22 million pushups as support.
