Some of you may know this, but for those who don't, yes, I am a born-and-bred Cleveland Browns fan. Now that I got that off my chest—and am clearly being judged by each and every one of you—now to even sadder news about my dear Brownies.
The worst team in the NFL, sporting a record of 0-11 as they enter their bye week this weekend—Browns fans have all but given up hope on the team collecting a win this season and are giving up their tickets for so cheap. In fact, tickets to the Christmas Eve game against the San Diego Chargers are going for as little as $6, according to StubHub.
And if you think that's bad, it gets even worse, because the best seat in the house isn't all that much more expensive, with fans capable of buying a ticket in the second row behind the end zone for a cool $29 each!
The Browns are on pace to become the second 0-16 team in NFL history, tying the forgettable Detroit Lions of 2008, so, while this is sad, given the blistery winter conditions and the embarrassment on the gridiron in Cleveland, none of us should really be too surprised.
