Los Angeles Clippers All-Star Chris Paul is, arguably, still the top point guard in the league, as he continues to prove that he makes his teammates better on a nightly basis. Working himself back from an injury sustained in the playoffs last season, the 31-year-old Paul has other work he needs to take care of, too, because he just listed a $11.5 million house in Bel-Air that is incredible.

Sitting on just over half an acre, CP3's house also boasts eight bedrooms, 11 baths, has uncanny privacy, canyon views, a wine cellar that can hold 500 bottles, a 12-seat home theater, billiards room, a personal gym with a sauna and, well, a hell of a lot of first-class stuff that you'd expect a pro athlete to have. Anyone want to go halfsies with me?
