There's A Glitch In 'Final Fantasy XV' That Unveils A Secret, Unused World

I'm not even going to sit here and pretend I know much about the legendary video game Final Fantasy—because I've only played it about once in my life, and that was about a decade ago. However, with Final Fantasy XV being released this past November, there's no doubt gamers are playing it nonstop, trying to conquer its various stages.

Featuring an open-world environment, users have miles of terrain that stretches across freeways, lakes and mountains. But it's the game's final act that has gotten a bunch of attention today, because there's a glitch in the third act that reveals a new, undiscovered land with frozen tundra, beaches and towns.

Now, there's a good chance you won't be sitting through that entire, hour-plus-long video there, but it's interesting to move the playback bar around to see some of the newly discovered land.

Unfortunately, the area doesn't offer up much to do for gamers—there aren't any enemies or quests—but it has led some to wonder if this latest update is a tease for what's to come in the next chapter of the Final Fantasy series? We guess time will tell.
