A study of 2,000 adults published by The Mirror has revealed the age at which you can expect to start seeing your first, lone strand of grey hair.
The average age is apparently 39.
So, if you've made it to four decades on the planet without seeing a single grey, you're doing well. That's if you haven't lost all your hair already, which we can help you deal with, even if you're not ready to go full Bruce Willis and shave it all off.
