If you guessed that what happens to your body one hour after eating a Big Mac isn't exactly great - then you'd be right.
This new infographic basically shows us everything we already knew but didn't want to hear. That eating junk food - specifically McDonalds, no less - is bad for you. And slowly eats away at your insides.
The basic gist, for those of you who can't be arsed to read the whole infographic, is this. There's a lot of sugar in a Big Mac, and that wreaks havoc on your insides. There's a lot of sodium in a Big Mac, and that much salt causes severe dehydration. Eating this thing will only trick you into thinking you're still hungry. Finally, that Big Mac won't fully digest for three whole days.
The infographic recommends occasionally eating Big Macs. Right, then. As you were. Sorry for ruining your day.
