It's not every day we get to sit down and talk with a stunning model about things that are actually helpful to us. Come to think of it, it's not every day that we get to sit down with a model period, let alone one who's as sexy and talented as Tracy Lear.
Born and raised in Kentucky, Tracy is quite the Southern Belle, who, presumably, always has bourbon on her mind. Assuming that's the case, it hasn't prevented the actress and model from maintaining quite the physique, showing off her rockin' bod on her Instagram account for her nearly 58,000 followers.
While we may never get a woman as incredible as Tracy Lear, getting the chance to talk to her about how to get a body that she prefers in her men at least helps us get a step closer, right? We'd like to think so, which is why the blonde bombshell spills some secrets on how to get that body all dudes really want.
We all want to look our best for summer, so here are some of my tips on how to really get that rock-hard body for when the warmer weather is finally with us permanently, gentleman.
Physically speaking, what you eat makes you who you are! Even though your genetic makeup helps determine your body frame type, what you eat makes up your genetic baseline makeup. The good news is this can be changed at anytime!
What You Should Eat: High protein and high fiber. Increase those fruits and vegetables, boys.
Breakfast is key to setting up your metabolism for the day. Always eat your largest Caloric meal in the morning so that you have the energy to last the day. My favorite things are eggs with avocado, a bowl of cottage cheese or greek yogurt and berries on the top, along with a banana on the side. If you do decide to add meat to the morning regimen, always make sure it's grass fed!
High Intensity Training in Intervals: Grab some dumbbells or free weights, or get on a bike or rowing machine to get in that cardio and burn some fat.
The key is finding a program that best fits you in order to supercharge each interval. Increase reps consistently along with weight, and, remember, everyone's body is different and works at different paces, so don't get down if you don't see enormous gains in just a few weeks—it may take time.
Lastly, stay motivated and stay positive! I'm a big believer in the statement, "Change your Brain, Change your Life" so love yourself and all the changes that take place in your summer bod transformation—because you are the key to how much you succeed! Set achievable goals and don't stop till you've reached your goal.
