Two weeks ago, FHM descended on Futur Festival against the backdrop of beautiful Turin, Italy.
We were told pretty confidently that this was the place to go if you loved techno music, being the biggest festival for that genre in Europe. We came away from it knowing that there was plenty more on offer besides.
There was big appreciation for the variety of other stages on offer too, namely the house selection that’s grown enough in Futur’s four years to warrant its own stage. We spent a lot of our time there. A lot.
There, 30,000 people gather to hear the biggest names in techno music under the absolutely incredible roof of Parco Dora.
We'd hardly consider techno our genre of choice, but even we came away having found something we liked. Festivals are just that much better when the sun is guaranteed to be shining, but also the festival was really well organised, which you really appreciate when you never have to wait for a drink.
So to celebrate we’ve got a Summer Playlist special, featuring the biggest tracks from the huge amount of artists who were on stage across the weekend. Consider this a taste of the sound on offer at Futur, and leave it on in the background for perfect house party vibes.
Here are some more photos so you get an idea of just how ridiculously awesome it all was:
