Considering Will Smith is responsible for one of the most iconic TV intros of all times, it's really no surprise that he would absolutely kill it when performing a "History of TV Theme Songs" with Jimmy Fallon. On last night's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Kimmel the unlikely musical duo took to the stage to bust out some serious throwbacks from television past. As mentioned above, they nailed it and frankly, we hope this isn't the last time that we see these two perform together.
See what we're saying, guys? We'd most definitely hit up a Jimmy Fallon/Will Smith concert any day. Yes, even if TV theme songs we're the only thing on the lineup. In case you weren't able to recognize all of songs, no worries, we've got you covered. We recognize that not everyone sits around binge-watching old television shows (although, everyone really should — socializing is vastly overrated).
With The Roots taking care of the background music, Smith and Fallon were able to mash-up favorites from Golden Girls, The Jeffersons, Dave's World, Good Times, Full House, Three's Company and The Andy Griffith Show . Of course, they couldn't pass up the opportunity to let Will Smith bust out his iconic rap. Concluding the remix was a few verses from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air intro and needless to say, the crowd went F'in wild. Not going to lie, we rapped right along right here in the office, despite some unwelcome stares from coworkers.
