    Jimmy White’s Whirlwind Snooker

Year: 1991
Platform: Amiga

Why it’s a classic: A platformer way ahead of its time, this was the very first game to feature product placement. Even better, you got to play a jovial fish with a mechanical stretchy suit, running around rescuing penguins.

Best bit: After hours of frenzied play, finally tracking down and seeing to Dr. Maybe. Then really, really craving a Penguin biscuit.
