The enemy: All manner of monstrous mutations lurk in Silent Hill’s dark, foggy corners. Zombified nurses are particularly troublesome. And not nearly as sexy as you’re imagining.
Weapon of choice: Tool up with a hunting rifle and chainsaw and you’ll be ready for anything.
Brown trousers moment: The hospital level towards the end of Silent Hill 3. Specifically, finding yourself locked in a small room, faced with your own, frozen reflection and a sink that inexplicably fills with blood. Stephen King would’ve been proud.
