FHM’s 100 Greatest Games of All Time

The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time

Year: 1998
Platform: N64

Why it's a classic: Until this very day, there are those who attribute the squeezing of Link's first 3D adventure onto a 64MB cartridge to nothing less than witchcraft. And not without reason. An epic cast, gargantuan bosses and a huge game world saw this become the biggest, most immersive title in the N64's catalogue.

Best bit: Instantly realising the weekend was a write-off upon stepping into the sprawling mass of Hyrule field. And not caring.
