Daniel Craig (the most Aryan-looking Jew ever), Liev Schreiber (less so)

What’s it about?
Vaguely based on four Jewish brothers who fled their home in Belarus to live in the forest and avoid the Nazis. The two elders (Craig and Schreiber) squabble over whether to seek revenge or protect the refugees that join them. Sadly, the action’s flat, the characters are sterile and the bullets are as threatening as the old-style ring-pulls you used to cut your fingers on.

Movie bore:
In early 2008, youngest brother Aron, now 80, agreed to repay £130,000 to a Holocaust survivor after being accused of shipping her off to a nursing home while he and his wife spent her cash.
