What’s it about? Debuting writer-director Gerald McMorrow ambitiously juggling murderous cults, parallel realities and overlapping storylines. It’s set in a futuristic metropolis and modern day London. Eva Green dabbles with suicide as ‘art projects’ and bounces around as Sam Riley’s childhood sweetheart. Ryan Phillipe’s masked vigilante Preest looks both really scary and like a shit version of Watchmen’s Rorschach. It’s a film destined - if not designed - to confuse you.
