Films that can be slotted into the fairly dubious genre of ‘bromance’ have undergone a transformation recently. Thanks to last year’s The Hangover and the upcoming Humpday they’ve turned from being something fat kids with curly hair and no girlfriend liked watching into properly funny, well-acted and sort-of-poignant feel-good movies.

Humpday won something called a Special Jury Prize at a place called Sundance Festival 2010, and is about two dudes called Ben and Andrew who used to go to college together. This is a clip of the moment Andrew accidentally tells Ben’s wife that, after the two chaps reunited for the first time since they were rocking the same campus, they had sex together on camera. For ‘art’. Naturally, disastrous hilarity ensues.

Humpday is out on DVD on April 12.
