Do you remember that final double episode of the fifth season of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Las Vegas that was called Grave Danger, directed by Quentin Tarantino, watched by 35 million people and featured Night Shift Assistant Supervisor Nick Stokes being buried alive in a coffin for ages?
Well this is a world exclusive clip from a film called Buried that looks exactly like that. It’s in a different place though: Iraq. It stars some different people: Ryan Reynolds, Jose Luis Garcia Perez. It’s directed by someone else: Rodrigo Cortes.
Truth be told, there’s probably a good chance that it won’t actually be exactly like that CSI episode because that would be silly and Hollywood is never silly. Also it's got 84% on Rotten Tomatoes, which would suggest it's excellent.
All we know is: sparking up your lighter when you’re trying to save oxygen is a bad idea.
Buried is in cinemas on September 29.
