Milky Way

When: 1989

Words: “The red car and the blue car had a race / All red wants to do is stuff his face / He eats everything he sees. from trucks to prickly trees / But smart old blue he chose a milky way / Oh no, the bridge has gone, poor red can't carry on / But smart old blue he took the Milky Way.”

Trivia: The ad men at Milky Way were defying convention with the result of their imaginary race, because it was a well known fact in the 1980s that red cars were both faster, and smarter, than blue cars. Rules are there to be broken.
