What is it?
Ben Sherman have teamed up with the charity Nordoff Robbins to launch their VIP (very important plectrum) initiative. Some of the world's biggest bands have donated signed plectrums and hand written statements authenticating the time and place where they were signed to the cause (as pictured above). This invaluable rock paraphinalia will then be auctioned on Ebay over a three week period from the 11th of October, in aid of the Nordoff Robbins music therapy charity.

What's good about it?
Ben Sherman have already signed up bands include Franz Ferdinand, Klaxons, Kings of Leon and Gallows so there's no slacking in the big name department. And let's not forget that it's for charity too.

What's bad about it?
It's an auction format which means that either you'll bid a ludicrous amount of money or you'll be beaten at the last minute by someone with a faster internet connection than you. Still, it's all for charity.
