The Skill

‘Hitting it from the back’ is all well and good – but constantly opting for the classic doggy style can get a bit dull. Liven things up with this endurance-testing variation on an old classic – but resist the temptation to run forwards like you’re in the wheelbarrow race at school.

Step 1

Kneel down on one knee. Complain about the carpet scratching your leg, then put a cushion underneath. She lowers herself down onto your bobbing old man, roughly at a ‘two o’clock’ position to you.

 

Step 2

She leans forwards as though she’s being flung over a bonnet by a policeman. Still on one knee, you start ‘pounding it’, pausing only to flex a bicep and growl at yourself in the mirror, American Psycho-style.

 

Step 3

Move your hands down to her thighs and stand up, shaking with the exertion as you do. Extend her legs behind you so her weight is being propped on her elbows. Try to avoid dropping her forwards onto her head.
