For your final session of the week you need to get yourself back outdoors for some more running.

Following the exact same steps as before, you need around 50 metres of running space for six to eight 50 metre sprints.

As before give yourself two to three minutes recovery time and then put it all in for each set. Then give yourself a pat on the back, you've completed the full week of work out.

Repeat this over the next four weeks and you'll have yourself a 300 style beach body in a month.
