Session four

For your final session you want to go all out with a giant set. If this is your first week of the programme you're going to be feeling the burn at this point, but power through and you'll reap the benefits.

Giant Set

Perform the following six exercises back to back with no rest. Then rest 90 seconds, and repeat for a total of five sets.
1-   Goblet Squat x 8-10
2-   Incline Dumbbell Bench Press x 8-10
3-   Chest Supported Row x 8-10
4-   Alternating Dumbbell Lunge x 8-10
5-   Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift x 8-10
6-   Plank x 30 seconds
