The four week plan

A four week plan comprising of three weekly gym sessions, the program is designed to use minimal equipment whilst giving you massive benefits. So, even if the gym is packed you'll still get a great session in.

The workouts use something called density training which may sound like something designed to reduce your IQ, but will actually make you leaner, fitter and stronger without the kind of long term commitment usually reserved for a marriage.
