Bad Boys Get Way More Action Than Nice Guys (According To Dating App Study)

We've all heard the saying, "nice guys finish last" before, and while we don't necessarily want to admit that it's true, new research from the dating app Clover might suggest that it absolutely is. And, no, it's not because he wears dirty clothes, hardly showers and just stares everyone down with crazy intimidation... or so we don't think?!

Asking the question, "do women actually prefer bad boys over nice guys?", Clover analyzed data from two million users to find the answer. And, while the app notes that nice guys outnumber bad boys 2:1, it's those damn bad boys who are getting more likes.

Now, this doesn't mean you should sell your rusted out Toyota, get yourself a motorcycle and start treating women like candy in a Pez dispenser, but it does mean you might want to consider getting that tattoo you've always wanted — because ladies seem to be drawn to ink. Plus, it shows a little bit of uniqueness when you have something permanently on your body, just don't make it your frat letters with three of your brothers from college.

Anyway, it's interesting info for all you (still) single guys who are looking for the right one. So, keep on swipin', messaging and whatever else it is you can do to get more matches, just make sure you're not overly nice when dropping that first icebreaker.
