If there's any Doomsday preppers reading along, you're in for a real treat. Thanks to Costco, you can stop collecting garbage on the side of the road to build your bunkers and start living large with the impressive Costco Doomsday Food Kit. This 600-can package including hard white wheat, white rice, elbow pasta, pinto beans, instant milk, dehydrated potatoes, beef, chicken, corn, broccoli, apples, butter powder, sugars, bananas, strawberries, onions, salt, and much more is capable of providing four people with an average 2,000 calories per day.
More importantly, the various food items have a shelf life ranging from three to 30 years, depending on the product. Naturally, something as outlandish as this wasn't going to fly under the radar for long. The first place to begin the assault was, no surprise, Twitter, which, you can see below.
So just found out that Costco sells a Fallout style end of the world food kit for the low low price of $6000 which can sustain 4 people for a year and is packaged then shipped discreetly to prevent raiders from stealing your food pic.twitter.com/KQe1TdqmXP— John Dooling (@DoolingJohn) December 1, 2017
Most users didn't take issue with the item so much as they took issue with the "discreet" shipping claim. Standing at 6 freakin' feet tall, we can't necessarily imagine a package that wouldn't grab your neighbor's attention. That said, one user had a pretty ingenious idea.

To be fair, even if you aren't prepping for Doomsday, this food kit might be worth the purchase. Think about it, you could go the entire year (or more) without grocery shopping. We don't know about you guys, but that sounds F'in fantastic.
