Sure, kale, quinoa, salmon, and avocado are are well and good, but you aren't you sick of the same stuff day in and day out? I'd like to retract the negativity toward avocado, but I stand by being sick of the other three.
Health food trends recycle themselves through the mainstream every few months, so I'm usually pretty skeptical of anything "new" and "exciting", but for the sake of my tastebuds I have to venture outside of my comfort zone. I promise this list is SUPER legitimate. Emphasis on "super," as these are all considered, "superfoods." I believe you knew that already though, given the title of the article.
Anyway, for those of you who may only gravitate toward genetically modified high fructose corn syrup, a superfood, by definition is, "a nutrient-rich food considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being."
Pizza is fantastic, it's probably one of life's greatest gifts, I'll never deny that, but it's not going to increase the quality of your physical health. You should ideally incorporate some, if not all of these foods into your diet to ensure a long, happy, healthy life.
