We're not going to deny it, guys, we'd gladly go broke in the pursuit of purchasing Foiler's Flying Yacht. This thing is straight out of a Cîroc commercial, in the best way possible. We can just picture it now — P. Diddy with a squad of equally as GQ-looking men and women riding off into the sunset aboard this luxury, high-tech ride.
That's right, not only is this Flying Yacht aesthetically sleek and modern, it incorporates off the charts technology. The hydro-foiling system enables to boat to fly 1.5m (4.9ft) above the water, ultimately providing an unparalleled experience of both speed and reactivity. According to New Atlas, "The yacht combines two 320-hp (239-kW) BMW engines that power two generators feeding two electric-power torpedo engines from Enata Marine." In other words, this boat offers a smooth ride no matter how choppy the water. Good news: you'll never have to worry about spilling your cocktail, guys.
If you can muster up a solid group of boat-lovers, the Flying Yacht is able to carry up to eight passengers. Do make sure they're OK with speed, though. The yacht has a maximum speed of 40 knots (74 km/h, 46 mph), which might not seem like lightening-speed in a car, but remember, we're talking about being elevated on open water here — that's a whole new arena for most folks.
If you're dealing with speedy shy passengers, no worries. The Flying Yacht can also operate in a fully electric-mode at speeds up to 10 knots (18.5 km/h, 11.5 mph). The coolest part? The electric-mode is virtually silent — imagine how much treasure you could steal from neighboring pirate ships, you know, if pirates were real.
