Following his record-breaking fight against Eddie Alvarez this past Saturday at UFC 205—making him the first UFC fighter to hold two title belts from separate weight classes—Conor McGregor has proven himself to be an all-timer. Seriously, he can almost do no wrong, even asking UFC give him stake in the company!
McGregor may have some pull in "the biz," but a girl on Instagram named Erin Safran might have just gotten the best of the Irishman, as she took a funny dig at him following his victory on Saturday, posting this photo to her account to get sweet revenge on McGregor.
Using McGregor's now famous post-fight quote, "I want to take this opportunity to apologize... to absolutely nobody," as the caption, want to know why Erin was out for revenge? Turns out that Conor did her dirty and photoshopped her out of this exact pic just last week, even using it on his social media accounts.
Following the incident last week, McGregor tried to make it up to her by reposting the pic again with her in it, apologizing by blaming that God-awful mustard sweater of his for "acting weird."
Don't feel too bad you guys, I had 10 minutes being uncropped hahaha pic.twitter.com/nYLZ1NHMbF— Erin Safran (@Erin_Safran) November 12, 2016
Unfortunately, the Internet never takes a day off, so Erin came locked and loaded with a reply that had to have left Conor chuckling a bit—even if he has said that he straight-up doesn't give a flying, well, you know what.
Nicely played, Erin, turns out this is the only way to knockout Conor McGregor.
